Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item 

• Email us at sales@praiatea.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
