SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping (typically 3-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days).
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after your order has shipped.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at praiatea@gmail.com.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
